- 1 cup minced jalepenos
- 2 diced bunches cilantro
- 2 minced cups green onions

- 1 oz. salt
- 1 oz. pepper
- 2 oz. sugar
- 1/2 oz. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 oz. crushed red pepper
